We know that for many clients, the subdivision process reflects a major life investment project. And for others land development is a way of life and a business. We assist both types of clients complete their project as smoothly as possible.
We have years of experience in the field with Land Development in surveying and drainage engineering. This practical experience is all-important in designing systems that both work for you as economically as possible, but are acceptable to Council. We do not disappear once the consent is issued, but are just as involved in completing the site works.
The subdivision process takes several stages, and does take some time to get Council consent, and to complete the development work required.
Council does require you to contribute a Development Contribution for each new lot, towards new parks, footpaths, stormwater upgrading and more. This one-off payment does not need to be paid until the final completion certificate (Section 224c) is applied for.
As this is a big step and investment for a lot of you, we help you through the whole process, and use my experience and qualifications in land development surveying, resource management, and engineering to work through all the requirements.
