Spacelink Surveyors Ltd are Auckland-based Land Surveyors and Land Development experts.

With over 30 years in the industry we have built a reputation for delivering the highest standards of service. Each of our surveyors are fully qualified, licensed and registered.

We provide full planning reports and assessments for Land-Use Consent & Subdivision Applications under the Auckland Unitary Plan. We complete subdivisions from 2 to 20 lots and have completed over 500 subdivisions for our clients. To achieve this Spacelink uses the latest equipment and technologies including Reflectorless Total Stations and Magnet Survey Software.

It is important that we demonstrate flexibility in our practice: we work best with our clients from the project beginning to the end where new certificates of title are issued. We are also able to offer our service at any stage of this process.

As Registered Professional Surveyors we understand your needs and will make it our priority to advocate on your behalf. Spacelink will consider how to best comply with the consent conditions while keeping time and costs to a minimum.
